Rob Cahill is the owner and operator of the business.  Rob is a licensed Home Inspector, licensed Wood Destroying Insect Inspector, licensed Radon Testing provider and certified Mold Inspector.  He is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), National Radon Safety Board (NRSB), Evansville Area Association of Realtors (EAAR), Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), and the Evansville Chamber of Commerce.  Rob was named the 2009 Affiliate of the Year by the Evansville Area Association of Realtors for his support and volunteering in board activities.

 

Bob Stolz holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Southern Indiana.   He is licensed to perform Home Inspections, Radon testing and Mold sampling in both Indiana and Kentucky.   Bob is also a licensed Wood Destroying Insect Inspector in Indiana.  He is a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB).  Bob is a firefighter for the city of Evansville and a member of the Hazardous Materials and Diving Teams.
